Sarah Dargavel was the daughter of John Dargavel and Margaret Dowell [McDowell?]. She was baptized the 29 March 1764 in the Parish of Penninghome, Wigtownshire, Scotland. A cousin has posted the copy of the Parish record on her family tree on Ancestry. Sarah married Andrew McKenzie, but I haven't found the marriage record yet.
So far two children have been identified. The first is James McKenzie, baptized 3 December 1791, from whom I descend. The other is William McKenzie baptized 4 March 1795.
Sarah and Andrew and family need more research in Scottish records.
