The photo was taken on Manitoulin Island - year not known; original photo from the collection of Margaret Love. In the photo are Mary and Arthur Robinson , Beatrice Thiel, Grace (Love) Boyd and Ben Thiel.
Yes, it would be great to know the whole story. One why are they dressed up? Who actually went fishing? Did someone give them the fish? Where was the photo taken? What year was it? It was labelled with Grace Love? Was she single when the photo was taken but she looks older than what she would have been when she got married.
Lots of qusetions, but I thought it was a great photo.
