Happy Thanksgiving 2008
Last year, I shared a posting about Blogs as Gifts.
Being a part of the Geneablogging community has been a blessing this past year. We learn from each other, take part in Carnivals and memes and support each other in our research and our day to day activities. We are connecting beyond our blog articles and comments by being part of the Geneabloggers' group in Facebook.
I have much to be thankful for (family, friends, home, food to eat, etc.) and it is good to take time to reflect on this and to give thanks.
Happy Thanksgiving, Janet!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving, Janet! Your Church is beautiful and that organ impresses me! Does it have a story you could blog about?? I bet the sounds that come out of something so magnificent are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThanks Miriam & Linda for the Thanksgiving wishes.
ReplyDeleteYes, this organ has a grand story. I will blog about it. It has a magnificent sound. What you see are not the real pipes. They are behind the facade.
Happy Thanksgiving! I'd love to hear the story of the organ. Why are the real pipes hidden?
ReplyDeleteHello Apple. Thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes. I have never thought about the explanation. They are likely not very pretty. I have never been behind to see.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving! I have recently found your blog and I am a new blogger. I plan to do some catching up on your posts! isn't the blogging world wonderful? I agree with you so much!

Msteri, thanks for dropping by and leaving comments.
ReplyDeleteI'm a little late but hope you had a great Thanksgiving and many more! It's a pretty picture. I am also thankful for the genea-blogging community. I look forward to reading stories and viewing more pictures on your blog in the coming year.
